Work on the Project

Whether your an anime fan or not, we've got some things you can do to help out!

While we're busy moving the project forward there's a lot of things that need to be done, and we could use your help.

Community Manager

Type of work: Volunteer
Description: We need someone to keep the site humming. Everyday we get 50+ visitors and several members joining the site. We need someone to greet the new people and chat it up with our members on the forums! It's not a full time gig, but it's a great way to lend a hand! While you're helping out here, it'll free us up to work on the story, art, and animation!

Being a huge anime fan is a big bonus! Help us out and who knows what kind of free treats you might be entitled to. ;)

Internet Marketer

Type of work: Volunteer
Description: We need someone to help with SEO, Social Media and other marketing efforts. Right now we're doing it and that slows down the story! Nobody wants that! It doesn't take a ton of work, but we do want to keep things moving slow and steady.

Organizational Researcher and Writer

Type of work: Volunteer
Description: One of the goals of this project is to build awareness about the different orphan organizations. To do that, we need to find the groups we want to help and talk them up on the site. We want to build profiles on each organization and keep in touch with them to see what kind of results they are getting from our work.

This is an important responsibility and we prefer to have someone who's worked with orphans and has a passion for the children. Being a go getter and great communicator are must haves to do this work well!

Artists

Type of work: Volunteer
Description: We've already got a killer artist working on the project, but we need some more help. We could use a background artist with experience in animation. We're working to put together a nice teaser to put on the site. Just getting a teaser completed will do a ton in the PR department for this project! With a little PR we may be able to get a little funding!

A second opportunity for you artists out there is to help spread the word on Iota Soul. We're asking talented artists to render their own version of our characters and place them on the net in different artist communities (Deviant Art, CGTalk, GFX Artist, and more. By adding the "Iota Soul" badge to each piece of art, we'll eventually reach some critical mass and people will start to visit the site.
